This is a 2 Family 3 Story building. Top Notch1 LLC renovated the entire home, adding a 4th floor master bed room with a stand up shower, a free tub, and a spacious walk-in closet. We also added a full balcony and outdoor Wi-Fi speakers, as well as renovating the back yard with paving installation and outdoor seating.

This house was purchased from a second owner. The owner needed to obtain a TLC as u can see in the before pictures. Top Notch installed new flooring in the entire house. On the first floor we installed herringbone wood flooring. We exposed all the brick walls in the house and installed wood panels on the walls. As u see we did the entire renovation including the back yard.

Our team stuccoed the whole exterior of the house. We renovated entire home with new bathrooms, new kitchens, and added a metal balcony from the second floor going down to the backyard.

This kitchen needed to be installed with new cabinets and an island. Our team came with the idea to install a pull out rack that will hold the broom, the mop, and will use as storage for all the cleaning supplies.

From a green of the late 90’s this bathroom got converted to very chic and modern bathroom space. Custom bathroom design is individual for each customer based on their needs.
